I was reading something last week that clarified a lot.
It said:
AI models are powerful… But they’re still just general-purpose tools.
The real opportunity is turning that raw intelligence into systems.
That tracks with what we’ve been seeing.
Most people have used ChatGPT.
They’ve:
Asked it to write something
Summarize something
Maybe even tell them a joke
It’s useful.
But it’s still manual.
You prompt it. It responds. You decide what to do next.
That’s not a system.
That’s a tool.
(And nothing aggravates me more than sending over a feature set or a document that is pure ChatGPT output without any review from the sender…)
The shift happens when you start connecting things.
Not one model.
Multiple.
Working together.
Instead of:
“Write this email”
It becomes:
Pull data from CRM
Research the lead
Generate a personalized message
Send it
Track response
Trigger follow-up
All without you touching it.
That’s what people are starting to call a “harness.” We call it an agent or a workflow, too.
A ‘harness’ is the technical term right now though.
It’s the layer that sits on top of AI and actually makes it useful.
It:
Routes tasks
Connects tools
Pulls in context
Enforces rules
Produces consistent outcomes
We’ve been building these inside businesses and have an entire workflow builder that will be released in the next few days that will change the game entirely.
And the difference is pretty immediate.
One example:
We took a website SOP.
Something that normally took about 3 hours.
Back and forth. Design tweaks. Content writing.
We turned it into a system.
Now:
You click a button. Fill out a short form.
And the site gets built.
In about 3 minutes. On wordpress. In Elementor.
No manual work.
Just review and approve.
Another one:
A sales process for a BDR.
We:
Pulled data from websites
Found emails and names
Researched prospects on LinkedIn
Generated outreach
Triggered follow-ups
Even booked calls.
Automatically.
Same idea. It’s generated 211,347 leads in the last 6 months.
Different application.
This is where AI actually becomes valuable.
Not in what it can do once.
But in what it can do repeatedly.
Without you.
The challenge is:
Most people don’t know where to apply it.
Or how to structure it.
They try tools…
But don’t build systems.
That’s why we started doing this differently.
Instead of leading with AI…
We start by looking at your business.
We:
Shadow what you and your team are doing
Map your processes
Identify what should be automated, removed, or systemized
Then we build the layer that runs it.
We call it the AI Shadow System.
Because it sits alongside your business…
And handles the work that shouldn’t require you.
If you want to see how this works, there’s a breakdown here:
Read about the Shadow System >>
At the end, if it makes sense, you can book a call and we’ll walk through your setup.
No pressure.
Just a clearer picture of what could be turned into a system.
